SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
Wellington, May 19.— Sailed ; Albion, for Lyt,and Otago, , at 5 P-m. Passengers : Major Clifford, Messrs Hall, Palling, Brnckey, and Soliauan.—' The fore-and-aft schooner Nile, owned by Mr J. Kenner. Lyt telton, with cargo of timber from Peloms Sound t- Wellington, was completely wrecki d at Pcucarrow Head yesterday morning i,ie hull bus since been smashed into matchwood rtio cause of the wreck was that her sails were blown away, and having no spare ones ou board, she was set on shore. Tho captain and crew were washed off the rigging, but they managed to got ashore much cut and bruised. It is uncertain whether the vessel is insured; the cargo was not May 20 : The Taupo sailed for the Smith last night. Passengers: Colonel Reeder, Messrs Craighead and Ha cl field.
