Drunkenness.— Mary Portella and Thos. Bissitt, charged with being drunk and disorderly in Beach street on Saturday night, were each ordered to pay a penalty of 10s, with the usual alternative; George Jackman, Alexander Moore, George Kendall, and Charles Smith were all fined ss, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment.
