Public Notices. EW INDUSTRY. PATENT LIQUID WASHING BLUE. This Blue is superior to those in ordinary use. It gives to White Linen, Woollen* and other Clothing a more even and brilliant tone. Passing the clothes, after bluing, through water slightly soured with tartanc acid, will cause them to look still mere brilliant. Note. — The maker does not, “ Sam Slick ” style, hawk this from house to house, having some consideration for the fair interest of the Trade; nevertheless, families will by buying this Blue from their Grocers, obtain a cheaper and better article than any other in the market.
