Phoebe Bradley v. John Herriott.—Claim, L 6, for goods supplied. Mr Joyce appeared for defendant. Plaintiff did not appear. Judgment was given for defendant, with costs.
Roderick M‘Kenzie v. John M ‘Kenzie.— Claim, L 34, for sleepers and firewood supplied. Mr Chapman for plaintiff. His Worship adjourned the case for a week, in order to obtain more conclusive evidence.
