SCHOOLMASTERS' ARSOCIATION.

The usual monthly meeting of the ahove Association was held this morning at the > ormal School. There was a very sparse attendance of members. The essayist for the day was Mr Balsille, and the subject of essay "Savings' Banks in School." After waiting for some time, and Mr Balsille failing to put in an appearance, the meeting adjourned till next month.
