Sydney, May 2. R. A. "Wilson, W. G. Skidmore, Joseph Ward, George Ward, William Wilson, William Kooke, William Handzing, and James Wright, surviving passengers by the Strathmore, arrived here by the mail. Subscriptions have been opened to assist them to New Zealand.
The Australia’s departure for Kandavu has been postponed till Saturday,
