The clerk was instructed to write to Messrs Allen and Kmgstreet, requesting them to remove the debns on Maeandrew terrace.

Cr. Asher obtained permission to employ two of the day men for a few hours in sounding round the site for the baths to complete the plan of the same. It was decided to call vhe District Engineer’s attention to the dangerous and incomplete state of the fence round Flagstaff Hill, and he was instructed to make arrangements fer the use of one of the church hells in case of fire.
