SULLIVAN RELEASED FROM CUSTODY.
Melbourne, May 1. Sullivan was brought up on habeas to-day and discharged from custody, as “The Influx of Criminals Prevention Act ” does not apply to him. The barque Kohinoor, from New Zealand, was run into on the Yarra by the steamer Rob Roy, and sunk.
