Sir, —It is now six weeks since Lieut. Sims held his swimming tournament at the Pelichet Bay baths, but as yet, so far as f, can learn, u prizes have been distributed. It was announced after the tournament thatj a concert would be held, at which a distri * bution of prizes would take place, but n \ such concert has been held. Can you, o» any of your readers, inform me what ha» become of the prizes, as seme of the success ■> ful competitors are beginning to think have “ melted into thin air.”
