Drunkenness. George Williams and Edward Pratt were each fined ss, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. Theft by a Domestic.— -Margaret Kyle pleaded guilty to a charge by Moss Moss, of stealing, on the 19th inst., one cameo brooch and one polonaise of the value of L 5, his property. Prisoner had previously been before the Court on a similar charge.—She was sent to gaol for two months.
