Have your boiler half filled with water, and when at scalding heat put iu half a common te i-cup of the Fluid ; stir, and put in your clothes; boil for half an hour, then mb lightly through one suds only, rinsing well in the bluing water as usua l , and all is complete. This fluid brightens instead of fading the colors in calico It is a great lab not on y saving the two rubbings which women give iheir clothes before boiling, and more than half of the soap, does not injure the cloth's, but saves their iu two rubbings before boiling, and is a g< od article for removing grease from floors, doors and windows ; it also readily removes grease and tar from the hands. It does not rot clothes, but manes them w.sh more than half easier than the old way. It will be found to he the cheapest and most laborsaviug article of household use that is now before the public.
