THE CRICKET SEASON.
Some clever person walked off one day with the Dunedin Club’s score-book, and so prevented the daily papers from getting the particulars necessary to compile an analysis of the batting during last season. “Cosmos," who contributes to the ‘Victuallers’ Gazette,* appears to have been able to obtain the information, and writes besides a very fair notice of the chief characteristics of the players.
