Sin,—After a long delay the Chief Postmaster has answered a numerously -signed Setition by erecting a receiving pillar in the ictagon. It has been erected now oyer a month, but no notice has yet been painted upon it as to when it is emptied. Can you, Mr Editor, inform us when is it emptied—if at all; and if it is open to the use of the public yet ?—I am, &c., . ,
