Mansford, Esq., E.M.) •Deumstesmes*’. —Charles de Prance, a fishermen, pleaded guilty, and was ordered to pay a fine of ss, with the nsnal alternative. 111-trbatmest amd Neglect.— Thomas "White, bettor known by his soubriquet of “Tommy, the Rabbit," was summoned for neglecting his wife and family Neither of the parties appeared, audhis Worship expressed himself strongly regarding the dissipated habits of tho defendant, who it appeared was iu the habit of speeding his wife’s hard earnings on drink.—The case was struck out.
CIVIL CASE. David Lees v. J. CvisporThis was an adjourned case. Defendant not appearing, his Worship rone judgment for the plaintiff for L 5 Gs 6d, with 13s costs.
