Pnllar.—Judgment was given for the defendant, who was allowed professional costs. J. Bern v R, Medex.—Ll 4s for rent. Judgment for I6s and costs. H. Tompkins v. C. Spergeon, - Claim LlO, money lent. Judgment was given for > 6 with costs.
