London, April 4. ‘ Referring to the report that Germany had cancelled the treaty entered Into with China, the ‘ Berlin Gazette ’ explains that Hie treaty will be renounced id 1877, bat that the German Envoy at the Court of Pekin lately proposed, with the support of the other Powers interested, to negotiate for a revision of the present treaty. ,
