Kempthome, Prosser, and Co. v. Stephen Hutchinson.—Claim of L6l 6s 1.03, goods stmpUed, Mr >tout appeared for the plaintiffs, for whom judgment was given, with costs.

Beaver Bros. v. Thomas Money.—Claim of L2 10s 3d, goods supplied. Mr Stout appeared for the plaintiffs, for whom judgment was given, with costs. Thomas Dickson v. W. H. Money.-Claim °{ , Mr Mouat appeared for the plaintiff. The defendant was ordered to pay “©amount in instalments of L2 per month. W. Henderson v. John Mouat (solicitor). —Claim of L 22 16s 6d, Mr E. Strode ap F® ar | d t for the plaintiff, and Mr B; Cook for the defendant. On the recommendation of his Worship, who said he was sorry to see two members of an honorable profession appearmg one against the other, and recommended a reference to a member of the profession as arbitrator, the case was adjourned for a week.
