THE CRIMINAL SESSION.
The following is the calendar of prisoners for trial at the next Criminal Session of the Supreme Court at Dunedin, commencing on Monday, the 3rd April, before his Honor Mr Justice Williams : Fortunate Loccki, indecent assault at Caversham.
Charles Stephen Mills, forging and uttering at Hampden, two charges. Charles H. 0. Eobertaon, larceny in a dwelling house at Kakanui.
Edward Price, horse-stealing at Silverstream. William Tielding, larceny as a bailee at Dunedin. Henry Pearce and Ellen Crawley, stealing from a hotel at Forbury. Peter Samaria, stealing jewellery on board ship Corona whilst at sea. Frank Do Flam, same. William M’GUee, forgery at Dunedin. Bichard Milford, alias Wolford, rape at Otepopo. William Bank in, larceny at Dunedin. ON BAIL.
Peter Scott, sheep-stealing at Tokomairiro, two charges. Samuel Carswell, larceny as a bailee at Balclatha. William Jenkins, arson at Dunedin.
