First, that fur Fiie Brixade on practising nights,should-tjirn its attention the University-buildings, especially those sides facing Water street and Princes street (provided the Corporation can spare a liberal supply of water), Second; that .a public subscription be opened for the purpose of purchasing brooms, scrubbing brushes, and scrapers fop. the University Council..
