We do not think it advisable to comment upon Sir Julius Vogel’s speech until we receive a correct report of it. We are quite certain that the telegraphic hash, professing to give the gist of it, contained so many things he did not say that it is impossible to guess even approximately what Jbe did say ; we therefore conclude that the only wise course is to say nothing about it at present.
