Melbourne, March 17. The steamer Durham has arrived, after a passage of fifty-eight days. All well, Sydney, March 17. Heavy rain, is falling. Probably the drought is breakiug up. Palmer advices report the discovery of new goldfields, sixty miles from Codktown, richer than anything yet discovered.
