The amount of revenue received at the Customhouse on goods cleared for consumption this day was r.l,l&*i9s. Mr A. Mercer reports (retail prices only) forth* weekendingto-day:— Fresh buttering and lib prints, Is 6d to Is 7d per lb; fresh butter in lumps, Is 4d per lb; powdered and salt butter, Is 4d. The supply ol fresh butter has now fallen off, although Ihe market is still well supplied. There is a good demand, and pricoa have advanced. Salt butter in kegs, Is la per lb. Cheese, of the best quality, Is to Is 2d per lb. Side and rolled bacon, Is to Is 2d per lb. Colonial hams, Is 3d; English, Is 6d to lsßd per lb. Eggs have beeu in good demand for some time, hut are always scarce, at 2s per dozen.
