There was a change in the programme at Wilson’s Palace'Gircle last evening, which waaagain crowded' in the. pit'and stalls. Amongst the novelties intro* duced was a double trapeze aot by Gonzales and? MdUe. Qmcie, known as the; wdman with the iron?' i’aw; a cpntortion act by the boy Caaaitn, who twisted us body abbut into some most peculiar forms ;. andthe first, appearance Of the trained horde Silva, which danced, bucked, and'praneed in a lively style. Morgan'striding and Hamo’s-' tumbling seonred a large shore of, applause. The performance coneluded with an amusing burlesque,, which sent, the audience home in the best humor, " v -> - t The Marionettes again succeeded in attracting a numerous audience at the Queen’s Theatre last evening. “The Babes in the Wood” was performed for the first time, and the figures—especially, ofthewicked up.de and the two villains—worked splendidly. The clever' masher-ih' which' the birds lifted the oak leaves and covered the sleeping, 'children was truly remarkably; -and the tableau of the Milky Way, followed by the ascension of the children, was. one of the prettiest and mdifti toUdling We faaveever witnessed here.
