T>TJBLIC NOTICE is hereby giyto that, the JT; Assessment for the year ending Blsb'December, 1876, authorised by the “ Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance; 1865,” and the “Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1872,” of all .buildings," lauds, a tenements,- and hereditaments -within' the City of Dunpdin, according to the .full/ fair, and estimated annual rent at which the ' same might, reasonably be expected to let from year to year, free of all usual tenants’ rates and - tixes, and deducting therefrom the probable average annual cost of the"repairs, insurance,, and other expenses (if any) necessary tjo maintain the same in a state to command such rent, has been made. ~ .
