PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment for the year endi g 31sfc December, 1876, authorised by the “ Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865,” and the ‘ Otaco Municipal Corporations Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1872,” of all building, lands, _ tenements, and hereditaments with'n the City of Dunedin, according to the full, fair, and estimated annual rent at which the same might reasonably be expected to let from year to year, free of all usu d tenants’ rates and t'xes, and deductin' therefrom De probable average annual cost of the repairs, insurance, and other expenses (if any) necessary to maintain the same in a state to command such rent, has been made.
