PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment for the year endi g 31st December, 187Q, authorised by the “ Otago Muuicipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865,” and the “ Ola'-o Municipal Corpora'ions Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1872,” of all buildims, tenements, and hereditaments witfim the City of Dunedin, according to the full, fair, and estimated annual Tent at which the same might reasonably be expected to let from year to year, free of all usual tenants’ rates and tjxes, and deducting therefrom the probable average annual cost of the repairs, insurance, and other expenses (if any) necessary to maintain the same in a state to command such rent, has been made. -
