CONGRATULATORY MESSAGES BY CABLE.
The following messages have passed between the Mayor of Dunedin and the Mayor of Melbourne:— Dunedin, February 22. The Mayor, Melbourne. Accept congratulations. from myself and Dunedin Dity Council upon completion of telegraphic communication between Australia and New Zealand.
