THE IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT.
London February 16. A Royal Commission has been appointed to inquire into the condition of the slave-trade at Zanzibar. In the House of Commons the Chancellor of the Exchequer intro' duced a motion for a loan to pay for the Suez Canal shares purchased by England; also for the debt due to the Commission. The debate was deferred
till Monday next.
