THE HARBOR BOARD.

The adjourned meeting of-the Harbor Boird was held .this afternoon at t*o o'clock; present -his Honor.the Superintendent (in the chair), Messrs Davie, M'Kinnon, M'Neill, Reeves, Bitchie, Tewsley, and Turnbull. The proceedings were ot a more than usually important character, and occuoied the Board so long a time that .we feel it necessary to hold oyer our report till to-morrow. The prin cipal business was the consideration of the determination of the contract for the Rattray street jetty by dispensing with the street piling, the consideration of granting permission tp the.Corporatibh to construct a siding for the which was granted, and the leasing of the working of the steam crane, which wes granted to the former lessee, A. Cameron, at the rate of L2 per month.'
