The steamer Arawata is expected to leave the Bluff at 11 a.m. on Thursday, the 17th inst. Telegrams for the Australian Colonies or Europe, Tia Java Cable, will be received at the Telegraph Office, Dnnedin, for transmission to the Bluff up till 10 a.m., to-morrow. Mails for Syduey, per steamer Hero, close at Auckland on Thursday, the 17th inst., at 11 a.m. Telegrams will be received at this office till 9 a.m. same date.
