The decision of the Wairarapa Jockey club re the Korari and Fishhook investigation is (lBt), That Korari was frightened off the course by Derritt waving his hat, but the evidence does not ihow that Derrht waved his hat with the intention of frightening Korari; (2nd), That the evidence does not show any collu-ion between the owner, trainer, [or jockey of Korari, and the owner, trainer, or jockey of Fishhook.
