Friday, February 4. (Before J. Bathgate, Esq,, K,M.) Goodisou v. Jackson.—Claim L2O, value of a horse, saddle, and bridle wrongfully converted by d fendant to his own use. Mr G. B. Barton appealed for plaintiff; Mr Stout fo.- defendant. After the taking of plaintiff's a"d defendant’s evidence the rase was adjourned till Monday, to allow certain receipts to he put in.
