Apply Mr Jones, St., Kilda Hotel. CORPORATION NOTICES CITY OF DUNEDIN. THE WATER SUPPLY DEPARTMENT. To Consumers of Water for Other Than Domestic Purposes. THE Council having, by due notice, terminated all agreements uuder which the 1 ite Waterworks Company had furnished supplies of water for other than domestic purposes, notice is hereby given that it is incumbent upon any person who may be desirnus of having a continuance of the water supply fot other than household purposes £o sign a fresh printed application in the appointed form; which supply will only be granted subject to the right of the Corporation to cut off and ceare the same upon the expiration of one week’s notice, to be given at anytime hereafter, and at such a charge or pri e as may be named in the Council’s reply to each such application. The Council has decided to materially increase the price for water for hydraulic lifts, and the charge for the lift will be quoted in the Council’s reply to each fresh application for water for the same.

Printed forms of application’ may be had at the Waterworks Office, City Council-chambers, Manse street, where also they are to be lodged on or before Saturday, February 6, at 1 p.m. In the event of no print d applications being duly filled up and lodged by that time, the water supply will immediately thereafter be stopped, as regards any premises the tenants of which may not have thus elected to come under new agreements.
