. -, , .. A Wellington, January 21. A good deal of interest is felt in to-morrow’s regatta. The two Wellington boats are general favorites, the Dolly Varden especially. ShoWthe water be lumpy, the Thames will have a good °h:mee, them boat being biggish and most buoyant and their crew being strong. The Otaao crew do not pull m the Champion Race. Tlwf row well but are not considered to have any chance of the Wnimw t leir str °fc° being too slow. The Wellington batswiugs are favorites for this-race.
