Mr Dennistoun appeared for plaintiff, <Mr Stoat for defen. dant.—Henry Miller, merchant, said he had a joint speculation with defendant in a lot of potatoes, some of which was sold to one Collar • who when settling the account deducted the sum of _ Ll3 4s 9J, due by defendant to him, The plaintiff was non-suited. D. Keenan, of Mauugatua v, John Beaton of Maungatua.- Claim, L 46 7« 6d, for sheep trespass, between .November, 1872, and December, 1875, damages to fencing, &c. Mr Bathpate appeared for plaintiff, Mr Harris defended. [Left sitting.]
