After some evidence had been given the case was adjourned for a week. M Whiuey v. Thomson.—Claim on a judgment summons. _ Defendant was ordered to pav the amount in monthly instalments of 20 1 each, ' Judgment went for plaintiffs by default in the following cases : —Grey v, Healey, claim dishonored cheque; Harbor Board v. West, 10s 3J, for harbor dues; Geddea v. Greenwood, £4 2s 2d, on a judgment summons: (to be paid in weekly instalments of 20s, failing any one instalment, 30 days’dmprisonment: Shears v, M‘Lean, £2, on a judgment summons (defendant not appearing, an order for 14 days’imprisonment was issued); A. and T. Burt v. Mayo, Invercargill, £l2 17s Bd, for goods supplied; A. and T. fßurt v. Tire, for goods supplied (to be paid within a fortnight.) . [Left fitting.]
