There was a good attendance of breeders and others interested in the sale of pure bred stock by Messrs Maclean Brothers yesterday, and for the majority of the lots sold competition was spirited, and on the whole fair—bxxt in no case extreme — prices wore realised. Sales effected were ns follows On account of Messrs Mackinder and Sutton—3 2-tooth Lincoln ewes, to Mr Edward Menlove, 40 guineas; 3 do do, Mr Ernest Gray, Canterbury, 27 guineas; 3 do, Mr E.
