GOOD TEMPLARISM.

The G.W.C.T. resumed the chair at ten o’clock to-day The Grand Lodge resolved to work in the Third Degree, and proceeded at once to reconsider the constitution of Degree

Temples, which was referred to a, committee of five, to bo altered in conformity with the provisions of tho Degree Constitution adopted yesterday, the report to be brought up this afternoon.

The question of a rise in the Capitation Tax was next freely discussed, an I, upon a division, it w s resolved to increase the tax from threepence to fourpence per member per quarter. T he question of dancing in connestion with lodges than came on for consideration, and after a very animated discussion it was unanimously resolved to disallow dancing in connection with the Order in any way, it being considered detrimental to tho best interests of the Order.

The employment cf competent Temperance Lecturers by the Grand Lodge was next brought before the lodge, when it was resolved to empower the G. L. Executive to commission honorary lecturers, a list of tho names of whom should be published in the organ of the Grand Lodge, The steps desirable for the Letter representation of the principles and purposes of tho order, by means of the platform, the pulpit, and the Press, was remitted to the G.L. Executive, The session adjourned for dinner at 1.30 p.m.
