The City Council, having purchased the Dunedin Gasworks, aud having arranged to assume the conduct of the gas supply business, as from and after Ist January, 1575, invites applications for the following appointments necessary for the proper woiking of the department:— 1. Gas Engineer, in general charge of the works, &e. S.daiy at the rata of < 400 per annum, with house, futl, and lighting. 2. Cle, k and Accountant for the gas supply business ; Town Clerk’s Department Salary at the rate of L2OO per annum. 3. Collector and Clerk for the gas supplj business; Town Clerks Department. Salary at the rata of L2OO per annum 4. Office Youth, for tfie same department. Salary at the rate of .1.50 per annum.
