IN pursuance of the Regulation of Eleciona Act, 1870, T, William Parker Street, Returning Officer foi the Electoral District of the City of Dunedin, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a writ bearing date the sixth day of December, 1875, under the seal of the Cleric of the Writs for New Zealand, an Election will ho held for the return of three qualified persons to serve as members of the House of Representatives for the said Electoral District, and that the nomination of candidates will take place at the Provincial Government Buildings, Dunedin, at noon on Thursday, the 16th day of December, 1875, and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on Monday, the 20th day of December, 1875.
