Tuesday, December 7. (Before H. S. Fish, Fsq., and A, Mollinon, Keq., J.P.’s.) Drunkenness.—Charles Hope and Samuel ■ Houston, not appearing, each had their bail (20-) estreated ; John M'Heleny was fined 40q i n default three days’ imprisonment; Thomas : Jones, James -Neil, Thomas Davis, and Win, • Turbett were each fined ss, or twenty-four hours’ imprisonment; William Gumming and , Christian Phlero, 10s, or forty-eight hours’. On a further charge of wilfully breaking a flower-stand, the property of Nathan Har ! ;, of ; Fleet street, the pri-oner Turbett was ordered to pay the damage (40s) done, in default three days’ imprisonment.
