IN BANKRUPTCY. Monday, December 6. (Before his Honor Mr Justice) Williams.) Final Examinations.— A final order of diachaTpe 'was granted in the case of (Susannah Imlay. Ihe cases of Charles Brantani and James Patterson were adjourned until tomorrow, at 2 p.m. Petitions for Adjudication.— Alexander pouter was adjudicated a bankrupt. The case ° : Charles Higgins was adjourned till to-mor row, at 2 p.m. The applications of Ross Robertson and George Robertson were remitted to Invercargill. Kxecotion op Deeds.— The case of Francis Gallagher fell through, no consent of creditors having been filed. The time in John Boyle’s case was extended to the 20th inst. Orders of complete execution were made in the cases of Hugh Devine and James Fraser.
i he remaining business, of which there was a large quantity, was adjourned till the 20th mst., his Honor not having had time to look through the various accounts since hia return to Dunedin,
