Gibbs, who only arrived this morning per A hambra, in charge of Sergeant Neil,: was charged on warrant with stealing a mare, saddle, and bridle, the property of Alexpnder M'Donald. Prisoner was remanded till Wednesday. Matrimonial SQUABBLES.r-EUeu Jackman and Thomas Jaukmau were chaiged wir.h using indecent language. Mr Pyke remarked that tbe language was most disgusting, and had it not been for accuseds' children he would have sent each of the .'lf-udera to Bi 11 Hill f >r three months to enable tbem to settle their matrimonial differences. As it was they would be discharged with a caution. If, however, they were again brought up they would be sent to Bell Hill for three months to see if it would agree with their constitutions.
