To the Editor. Sin, —Why do not the Provincialist party announce their platform ? From the t nure of the speeches at the banquet, it is quite evident the coming struggle is tho preserving of the land to settle tho people on ; then why not at once declve this their policy, and say, Our policy is the land ! the land ! the land ! and to do this we must uphold Provincial institutions ; abolition meaning the squatters, mid no l»nd for the people ” ?—I am, &c,, An Elector.
