They left the vessel some time daring last night, taking some of their clothes with them On Friday morning, Graham, with two or three other seamen came and askqd witness for their discharge which he refused to give and told them to go away.— Constable Coffey said that having business at the junction he proceeded there in company with Constable Miller, and when returning about midnight met the defendants on the Dunedin road, each carrying a swag. Witness spoke to them and they said they had beenworkingattUeßruce. Heinfomed them that he could not let them go, as Constable Miller recognised Logan as belonging to the Auckland.
