This witness said that although bankrupt had put their linn down as creditors to the amount of L 3, he had never dealt at their shop, his name did not appear in their nooks, and he did not owe them a farthing —After J. H. Pearse, carpenter, had been examined, Mr Barton said he thought the case one in which the Court should mark its seme of bankrupt’s conduct., for it was evident he had set down in his schedule several fictitious deb s, lu addition to this he iiad told the official Trustee in Bankruptcy (Mr Leary) that he was m rely going through the Court to get out of paying Poar-c for electing soma houses.—Mr Cook replied, moving for bankrupt’s discharge.—His Honor said that even giving the bankrupt the benefit of the doubt as to the alleged false debts, the case was a very gross one, and bankrupt's certificate would be suspended for two years,— final orders of discharge were granted to Henry Denham and Abraham Austin. Adjournments : Henry Edward Tattered eld, to the 15 th prox. ; Ed.vard Towsey, to the loth prox. ; John M‘lndue, to the Ist prox. Final Examinations —Final orders were granted to Morons L. Schnmk and James M'Neil Simpson. The case of James Gordon M‘Kay was adjourned to the 15th prox.; John i. Tulfer’s was allowed to stand over; Cleghorn and Thomson’s adjourned to the 15th prox., Thomson to surrender within one wee*. Petition for Adjudication.— Be John Webb. Application granted. Declaration op Complete Execution or Deed.— The case of Francis Gallagher was allowed to stand over till the Uth prox.; in that of Jameo Copeland tic- declaration was affirmed.
