To the Editor'. Fin,—The North-east Valley Post Office is proving rather an expensive convenience, ns almost every letter from town costs us a fine of 2d. The Dunedin public seem to consider the post office within the bounds of the town, tho authontLs that it is without. Between the two such as myself have to p)uy the piper.—l Am, &c., x RESI.JEST.
