Friday, October 1. (Before T. BiVh, Esq., J.P.) Drunkenness Bella Lyle and Daniel JK'gherty were each discharged. Michael Firrock, John M‘Donald Ryan, Dennis Sullivan, Kenneth M’Kiunon, and Douglas Win. England were cadi fined iu the minimum penalty of os, Laura Aden, apprehended in Princes street, was fined 40s, with the alternative of three days’,, impiisunment; and a further charge against her of having no lawful means of support was dismissed. Creating a Disturbance. —Jomes Henry Brown and James Louas, charged with conducting themselves in a disorderly manner in Princes street, and the latter prisoner charged with assaulting Constable Hinds, were remanded until the following day.
