Alexander and Shepherd v. John White.— Claim L 8 6s lid. Judgment by confession. Goldstein and Moeller v. Daniel M'Kellar. —Claim L2O, damages for unlawfully causing filthy water to run upon the defendant's premise*, near liattray street.
