Northern Ports of New Zealand, America, West Indies, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe, Ac., via San Francisco, at 1.30 p.m. Late letters hearing one additional single rate may bo posted until 1.59 p.m. For issue of money orders cud posting of registered letters and newspapers at 11.30 a.m. British and other mails via Suez will close *at this office on the 29th inst. Tho steamer Otago is expected to leave the Bluff at 11 a.m. on Thursday, the 23rd inst. Telegrams for the Australian Colonies or Europe, via Java cable, will he received at this office for transmission to Bluff up till 11 o’clock of the 23rd inst.
